One Time Support

If you have the willingness and know-how to manage and care for your own website, but need assistance from time to time, we are happy to help. Support is offered at a rate of $95/hour with a minimum of one hour, with payment due at the time of the request. Contact us to discuss your needs.

Website Care FAQs

What is covered in the time for Content Update Services?

Updates may include any text or image updates/changes that can be made via the WordPress Dashboard. This typically covers things like updating an event or portfolio page, adding a testimonial or editing your menu items.

Does support, content updates and consulting time rollover?

No. Our Website Care Plans are set up like retainers, every month time slots are set aside so we are prepared to make the requested upadates in a timely manner.

What if I need more support time?

If more support is required than your monthly dedicated time we will let you know to get approval before proceeding and the additional time will be billed at the discounted support rate that is included in your chosen Website Care Plan.

How long does it take to make updates?

It depends on what needs to be updated and how much time is involved. Typically, we can get your website updates completed within 3 business days.

Can I care for my own site?

Yes, provided you don’t mind taking time away from your business each month to ensure your website is up-to-date, backed up and secure and you are comfortable troubleshooting any issues that may arise.

What happens if my site goes down, breaks or gets hacked?

The main purpose of our Website Care Plans is to protect and prevent your website from becoming compromised. If something goes wrong, your website can be easily restored from a backup.
We do our best to fend off malware on your website and will assist in the restoration and cleanup if this does happen. Please note: If you are on our Secure or Support Plan, you may incur a malware recovery fee.

What are your support hours?

We offer support Monday-Friday, 8am to 6pm. If a web emergency occurs, like your site has gone down and you need help outside of our regular support hours, it’s best to contact your web hosting company, who offer 24/7 support and will usually be able to get your site back up and running in very little time.

How does billing work?

Your credit card will be charged automatically at the start of each month or annually. Once payment is complete you will receive an invoice via e-mail.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You are free to cancel any time. Our monthly plans are offered on a recurring subscription, so if you wish to cancel, we just ask you give us 30 days notice so we can carry out our last thorough update and remove our administrator credentials.

Annual plans and any past services cannot be refunded.
